MACCT Seattle’s Annual Potluck BBQ will be on Saturday July 25^th in Lincoln Park starting at 1:00pm in West Seattle; the address is 8011 Fauntleroy Way SW. We have picnic shelter #4 reserved, and information about the park including the location of the shelters can be found on the Seattle parks department website. We’ll be down by the water on the side closest to the Ferry terminal.

If you’re not already receiving our evites, please e-mail us to be added to the contact list. If you plan on attending we need to you to RSVP so we know how many to plan for. This type of potluck takes a little more coordination since we need to bring everything with us. We have a list of things that we want to make sure that we have, (charcoal, ice, soda, mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, tomatoes, lettuce, salads, cheese, meat for the grill, and so on). If you're planning on coming and know what you're going to bring, or are open to suggestions, please let us know.

To get there from I-5 take the West Seattle exit. Follow the signs to Fauntleroy Way SW. Stay on Fauntleroy Way SW until you come to the Park on the right hand side of the street. You can also follow the signs for Vashon Ferry - the ferry terminal is south of the park (you will come to the Park before you get to the ferry terminal).

We will also be recognizing those people in the group who have birthdays in the month of July at the BBQ. There are a few people who don't drive that might need help with transportation to and from this or future events. If there is anyone that plans on attending that wouldn't mind picking up a passenger along the way, please post it in your evite response. If you have any friends that you think might like to attend, please feel free to invite them. Hope to see you there!
